Terms for digital services

Parties
These terms apply between Ledningsverket AB, company reg. no. 559173-2861, Stallarholmen, Sweden ("we") and the company ordering the service ("the customer").
Businesses only
The services are sold to businesses only. The person placing the order confirms that the order is made on behalf of a company and that they are authorised to enter into the agreement.
Price and payment
Prices are stated excluding VAT. VAT is added at 25%. Payment is made by card via Stripe at the time of ordering. An invoice showing VAT is sent after payment.
Delivery
The service is delivered digitally in our client portal. For Flow analysis light, the analysis is delivered within five working days of the customer submitting the completed template. The delivery time doesn't start until the template has been submitted.
Basis and method
The analysis is based on the information provided by the customer. We don't verify the accuracy of this information. The analysis is produced with the support of AI and reviewed by Ledningsverket before it's delivered.
No right of withdrawal
As the services are sold to businesses only, the Swedish Distance Contracts Act's rules on the right of withdrawal don't apply.
Limitation of liability
The analysis is a basis for decisions. The customer is responsible for the decisions made based on it. Our total liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the service. We're not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profit.
Intellectual property
The customer may use the report freely within its own business. Templates, methods and other material we provide remain our property.
Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by a general court, with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
